The thing about post pregnancy weight loss is that you have to plan to return to your pre-pregnancy weight. A lot of women lose half of their baby weight after childbirth and the rest after some time.

- You can start by eating less food and more exercise a day.
- cut 500 calories a day from your diet, but keep in mind how much calories you need in a day to stay healthy. Talk to your doctor.
